We are a large enterprise group,which include spinning, weaving, designing , manufacturing, import and export trade.Our company was founded 20 years ago,we aim for high quality services to our customers.Today I'm going to show you how does yarn transform to clothing .We just got an order of fabric customization,we provide the customer exactly what he wants.We also put fabric samples into ready-to-wear to show customers that different fabrics fit different styles.Then, what is knitted fabric?It interweaves the yarn which is fed zonally with the needle into the coil, interlaces both the newly created and previously made coils and then produces knitted fabric.Adopting different weaving methods, yarn counts, yarn types, and adjusting different weaving techniques and tensions, we can make all different kinds of fabrics to meet the requirements of customers and materialize the hand feelings, physical property and different functions. What's more, we have more than 200 kinds of products, such as pure cotton, dacron, rayon, CVC, T/C, T/R, C/R, acrylic yarn, chinlona and lycra, so that we can offer all kinds of clothing fabrics including all-cotton fabric, rayon fabric, fabrics for trousers and dresses, CVC fabric, dacron, and chemical fiber fabric.As for the production of fabrics,firstly we will transport different yarns to our textile factory, adjust the gauge and stitch which are closely connected with the fabric effect, breadth and gram weight according to customers' requirements before they were sent to the weaving loom. So, how many bolts of cloth does a machine weave a day? The answer is almost 12. If it turns to be a special fabric, then it can only make 4 bolts a day.The woven greige will come to our dyeing factory and go through the dyeing process after inspection. Furthermore, they should be processed to finalize the design and singe before going to the dye vat. Next, they will be dyed and polished in the dye vat, which generally takes more than 10 hours of this process. After taking them out of the vat, we will scour it, come to the part of finalizing the dry cloth, supervise the finalization, shrinkage, twist, breadth, gram weight and so on. Then, QC will examine the cloth and package, and label it with markers for corresponding approved swatches and weight.Our company is capable of producing 6 thousand tons a year, in which every section plays equally important role. When the fabric were sent into the factory, the first step is to shrink, which is to prevent the problem of shrinking after washing the clothes. Then comes to cutting and then it comes to the sewing workshop, where the assembly line is produced. It Can not only guarantee the quality of the premise, but also improve production efficiency. The clothes coming out of the workshop should be checked by QC before entering the ironing process, so that the clothes will become smooth and stereotyped.
